I would like to thank Ms. Axelle for being so helpful to me when I requested for changes in my order. Initially under Order 198667 I ordered 1 Large Fruit Basket and 1 Overload however upon learning that my receiver is not fond of Red Roses. I emailed customer service and Ms. Axelle's assistance excellent in resolving my predicament. I had my initial order cancelled and booked a new order 198711 which was delivered on time despite the delays on the changes. Receiver was so touched and happy to have received such beautiful flowers Carina arrangement and the Large Fruit Basket.I will definitely be ordering via Flower Chimp always.

the product and delivery was great..very accommodating. aside from the very slight delay in the time delivery, it was still delivered on the same day. overall i can say it was great! will definitely order again soon!

All except the quantity of the flowers. It is smaller than in the picture though excellent arrangement!

My mom love the flower that i have ordered for her birthday. I wish that they could have more selection on the cake and not just red ribbon. And hopefully the can make it more personalized.
