The ordering process- the ability to do same-day delivery is quite good. I ordered past 2pm and chose the 3-5 timeslot for delivery. Some one called to say that slot was full and that if I don't mined the 5-8pm slot. Flowers were delivered a little past 5pm. The flowers were also pretty and true to the picture.

Besides the fact the address I gave was wrong all went great
