The customer service is excellent!!! They are so friendly, timely and responsive. They also made two adjustments to the delivery address without any problems at all. They also delivered on time with visual confirmation. I have tried two different services and they are no where as good as Flower Chimp

I was contacted because they were low on red roses and offered a substitute. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful and nice. I appreciate his professionalism. If possible have different varieties of colored roses. That is only thing I can think of as far as improvement otherwise thank you very much. I tried two different websites before and they could not deliver flowers but you have done great job. Thank you again
