The teddy bear was not delivered with the flowers. But service recovery was pretty good. Communication was good. Emails were replied promptly and the teddy bear was delivered within the same day. Well done Flower Chimp.

Order and payment process are quick and easy. Responses from the team are quick also. They followed the window time of my order which is 9am to 1pm. I requested for an early delivery, although they did not guarantee a specific time, they delivered at around 9:30am for my order which is really great start for the occasion. Flowers are fresh and they were arranged beautifully.
