Fast processing and on time delivery

In my last order (One in a Million) and the order before that (three small bouquets), a large piece of paper was attached to each bouquet. It looks very impersonal. It looks like a delivery receipt. That large piece of paper attached to the flowers ruins the arrangement. Instead, there should be a tasteful card that includes the message of the sender.
