Satisfied enough with how easy the website is accessed, the affordable products, order processing except for the range of delivery. It's kinda wide range, felt like i have to wait for 5 hrs for its arrival to my recipient. But good thing it was delivered asap 😊

Improve on the app user experience. Person who ordered is always NOT the recipient. Like the notification for this survey came in my email (I made the order) but is addressed to the recipient. I love the selections, maybe bring down the cost a bit and try to find a packaging system that’s more environment friendly.
