Bubble gum posy isn't the same color as advertised

I asked for a picture of the flower and card to be emailed to me before delivery but that was not done. But the customer service was very helpful and prompt reply to my emails which gave me peace of mind. Thankfully the flowers and card still turn out very well and the recipient is very happy with it.

Disappointed that the advertisied colour of roses was not sent and just replaced with different colour which is not appropriate for the occasion. I asked for a mixed colour but was not fulfilled.
