I've only ever had one issue ordering, that is chocolates werent delivered. The customer service is top notch, the chocolates ended up being delivered before I even had confirmation of the resolution.This particular order, like most others exceeded my expectations. I always have a great experience with flower chimp.

The flower image on the website is 100% accurate with the actual. The delivery process was handled professionally. Delivery timing was perfectly executed. The cake was chilled and in perfect condition. Theor after sales service was promt (messenger replies). All in all I am a happy and satisfied client! Maybe in the future you can add more products like plushies, aromatic candles, etc.
