Customer service and reliability is all businesses have left now in order to compete. Size, price, color doesn’t matter anymore. Easy to select, order and pay. But I had an issue with formatting an international address. So I sent an email to FlowerChimp to resolve. Response was quick, problem was taken care of in a way that left me with confidence and no worries. 7544 miles away my flowers were delivered expeditiously, with effort to ensure someone was home. I received pictures of the flowers and they surpassed in real life the quality picture on the site. Superb experience with FlowerChimp. Now my go to for all things flowers international.
